Card replacement parameters
The following parameters are used when replacing a card. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
Card details
First name on card *
Enter the cardholder’s first name.
Last name on card (max 26 chars) *
Enter the cardholder’s last name.
Note: Maximum length is 26 characters.
Design *
Select the design for the new card from the dropdown menu.
Note: By default, the new card will have the same design as the one being replaced. If the card product supports multiple designs, you can select a different design for the replacement card.
Shipping address
Note: Shipping details are required if the card product is configured to automatically order a plastic card.
Street *
Enter the name of the street.
City *
Enter the city of the address.
County
Enter the county of the address.
Country *
Select the country of the address.
Postal code *
Enter the postal code.
Additional delivery settings
Is fast delivery?
Check this box to request fast delivery for the card.
Phone country code *
Select the country code.
Phone number *
Enter the phone number.
Replacement reason
Reason *
Select the reason for replacing the card from the dropdown menu.
Options: Damaged, Lost, or Stolen or leaked credentials.
Transfer wallet tokens?
Check this box if you want the wallet tokens to be transferred to the new card.
Note: This option is visible only if the card has active wallet tokens and the "Provisioning a network token allowed" setting is enabled on the card settings page.
