External contracts parameters

Field name	Description
Contract number *	A unique identifier assigned to the external contract.
Contract type code *	A predefined code that specifies the type of contract (e.g. due diligence, dealer agreement, service contract). This value is selected from a dropdown list and must be configured in the system beforehand.
Status code	Indicates whether the contract is currently Active or Inactive. Select the appropriate status from the dropdown.
Start date	The date the contract becomes effective. Select the date from the calendar.
End date	The date the contract expires or is no longer valid. Select the date from the calendar.
Description	A brief summary or additional details about the contract.
Download	Provides access to download the uploaded contract document or related files.
Source name *	The name of the organisation, system, or individual that provided the contract.
Source reference *	A reference ID or code used by the source system to identify the contract.
Source link *	A direct URL or link to the original source of the contract.
