Deposit offer flow

The following diagram shows the overview of the deposit offer flow:

Create deposit offer

These instructions apply if your organisation manages deposit applications outside of the Tuum system. In this case, you can start the deposit origination flow from deposit offer creation.

You can create a deposit offer via the Persons module:

  1. Persons > Search > find the person you want to create a deposit offer for.

  2. Click the Identification number to access the person details.

  3. From the content menu choose Deposits > Deposit offers.

  4. Click the Create offer button.

Search deposit offers

There are two ways how you can search deposit offers:

Search deposit offers via deposits module

You can search by going to:

  1. Deposits > Search > Offers.

  2. Enter the search parameters > Search or click Search to view the whole list of existing deposit offers.

  1. Click the Offer number to view the offer details.

Search person deposit offers

You can also search deposit offers created for a person:

  1. Persons > Search.

  2. Click the Identification number to assess the person details page.

  3. From the content menu, choose Deposits > Deposit offers.

  4. Click the Offer to view the deposit offer details.
