Find applied base rate

If a loan product has a floating rate type and the base rate/interest rate cap applied, the loan offers and contracts are created according to the loan product settings.

Find loan offer interest settings

You can check the loan offer interest settings by going to:

1. Loans > Search > Offers.

2. Fill in the search parameters > Search.

3. Click the Number to view the loan offer details.

On the loan offer page, scroll to the Rate Information section.

Find loan contract interest settings

If the loan product has the reference type configured, you can check the interest settings for a created contract:

1. Go to Loans > Search > Contracts.

2. Fill in the search parameters > Search.

3. Click the Contract number to view the contract details.

4. On the contract details page, scroll to the Components section.
