The loan contracts portfolio report enables you to calculate and download component balances, outstanding debt amounts, and contract status for a chosen loan product on a designated banking day.
Create loan contracts report
To create a loan contracts report, follow these steps:
Go to Loans >Reports>Export contracts.
On the Contracts export page, enter the search parameters, then click Export as CSV.
The report will appear in the Reports section, where you can download it.
Download loan contracts report
To download a loan contracts report, follow these steps:
Go to Reports>My reports.
On the Custom reports page, find the generated loan contracts report.
Click the file to download it as a CSV file to your computer.
After downloading the CSV file, you can open it in any Excel-like application to view the data organised in columns. The screenshot below shows a filtered version of the file.
