Deposit application flow

Once the deposit application is accepted, the Tuum system automatically creates a related deposit offer.

Deposit application management

There are two possible scenarios of how you can manage the deposit applications via Tuum.

Deposit applications with Tuum
Deposit applications with 3rd party

The process starts with the deposit application. To proceed, create a new deposit application via Tuum.

If your company processes the deposit application with a different solution than Tuum, you can skip this step and start with the deposit offer.

Create deposit application

The BackOffice interface has limited capabilities to manage the deposit application process. Therefore, you can create a new deposit application using the Deposit application API.

Before creating a new loan application, make sure that:

  • The deposit product is activated for the tenant.

  • The deposit person has a person record with Tuum.

  • The deposit person has a current account with Tuum for servicing the deposit.

Search deposit applications

There are two ways of how you can search :

There are two options for searching deposit applications:

Search deposit applications via deposits module

  1. Deposits > Search > Applications.

  2. Enter the search parameters > Search or just click Search to view the full list of deposit applications.

  1. Click Application number to access the deposit application details.

Search person deposit application

You can also search deposit applications created for a particular person:

  1. Persons > Search.

  2. Click the Identification number to assess the person details page.

  3. From the content menu choose Deposits > Deposit applications.

  4. Click the Application number to access the deposit application information.
