Manage deposit offer

To manage the deposit offer you have the following options:

• Edit,

• Accept,

• Reject.

Modify deposit offer

1. Find the deposit offer.

2. Click Offer to access deposit information.

3. Click the Edit button.

Note that you can update the following parameters:

• Initial amount,

• Deposit period,

• Interest payment frequency,

• Prolongation type.

1. Click Update to save updates.

Accept deposit offer

1. Find the deposit offer.

2. Click Offer to access deposit information.

3. Click Accept button in the upper-right corner and confirm selection.

Reject deposit offer

1. Find the deposit offer.

2. Click Offer to access deposit information.

3. Click Reject button in the upper-right corner and select the reason:

   • Customer received a better offer;

   • Customer decision;

   • Documents missing.

4. Click Yes to confirm the deposit offer rejection.
