Card main settings
In the Card main settings section, configure key card parameters such as card scheme, program, type, currencies, expiry, PIN and delivery methods, vendor ID, PAN service code, and credit type.
Set card main settings
To set the card main settings for the card product, scroll down to the Card main settings section on the New card product page. From there, assign values for the following parameters:
Card scheme *
Select the card scheme.
Options: Mastercard, Visa.
Card program *
Select the card program.
Options: Debit card, Credit card, Gift card, Prepaid card. Default: Debit card.
Card type *
Select the card type.
Options: Physical, Virtual. Default: Physical.
Note: Physical cards can have virtual card features.
Card currency *
Select the currency for the card product.
Default: EUR.
Settlement currency *
Select the currency for bank transactions (informational only).
Default: EUR.
Note: This is an informational field. Although you can select the settlement currency, it is not used in any process. The actual value is defined between the bank and the scheme.
Reporting product code
Select the reporting product code from the list.
Note: Applicable only for debit, gift, and prepaid cards. See Reporting product code for details.
Card expiry (months) *
Enter the number of months the card is valid.
Default: 36.
PIN default delivery method *
Select the PIN delivery method. Options:
From service(PIN sent via SMS, e-mail, or internet banking);Delivery by post(PIN sent physically by postal mail).
Default: From service.
Personalisation profile ID *
Enter the personalisation profile ID agreed with the personalisation centre.
Note: Visible only when Card type is Physical.
Card default delivery method *
Select the card delivery method. Options:
Delivery by courier(card sent via courier service);Delivery by post(card sent physically by postal mail).
Note: Visible only when Card type is Physical.
Card vendor ID *
Enter the two-digit card vendor ID.
Note: Visible only when Card type is Physical.
PAN service code *
Enter the PAN service code.
Note: This field is only visible when the Card type is Physical. Defined by card schemes, it specifies services, distinguishes international/domestic use, sets PIN requirements, and identifies restrictions.
Default credit type *
Select the default credit product (shown if Card program is Credit).
Note: The list contains predefined active credit products. You can configure new credit products if needed.
