Card level default limits
In the Card level default limits section, you can manage card usage limits through limit groups assigned to the card product. These groups define the allowed and maximum authorisation limits for various transaction types and can be shared across multiple card products.
There are three types of limit groups:
Limit groups: Control the allowed limits for specific authorisation types, including both upper and default limits.
Upper limit groups: Define the maximum allowed limits.
Default limit groups: Automatically assigned to a card product as the default set of limits.
Below, you will learn how to associate card level default limits with a card product.
Create a new limit group for the card product
To create a new limit group for the card product, scroll down the New card product page to the Card level limits section, then follow these steps:
Click Create limit group.

In the New limit group modal, enter the limit group name, organisation unit, and upper limit group name.
The parameters Limit group name, Organisation unit, and Upper limit group name are required by default. If the Upper limit group box is checked, the Upper limit group name parameter becomes optional.
When creating a non-upper limit group, you must select an upper limit group. For upper limit groups, selecting an upper limit group is optional.

Click Add limit to select the limit type and currency, then enter the corresponding limits. You can add multiple limits by clicking Add limit again. When finished, click Submit.
