Replace card

This section explains how to replace a card when it is lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unusable. In such cases, the unusable card should be replaced before the scheduled renewal.

Replace a card

To initiate the irregular card replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the card you want to replace.

  2. From the content menu, select Replace card.

  3. Fill in the required parameters and click Submit.
