Replace card
This section explains how to replace a card when it is lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unusable. In such cases, the unusable card should be replaced before the scheduled renewal.
Replace a card
To initiate the irregular card replacement, follow these steps:
Search for the card you want to replace.
From the content menu, select Replace card.
Fill in the required parameters and click Submit.


To replace a card, it must be marked as replaceable in the Card product additional settings.
A card replacement fee will apply, where applicable.
The new card inherits settings from the old one, including allowed authorisation types and transaction limits, unless changed during the process.
The new card will have a new Primary Account Number (PAN) and a new PIN.
The expiry date of the new card remains the same as the old card.
The old card will be closed automatically. A card closing fee may apply.
Both cards (old and new) are linked to the same account — the account balance is not affected.
For credit cards, both cards remain linked to the same credit contract.
Any supplementary cards linked to the replaced main card remain unchanged.
