Configure payment templates

Payment template is a functionality that allows saving the payment information and creating templates for regularly used payments. You can create a payment template when initialising the outgoing payment.

To create the payment template:

  1. Initialise an outgoing payment.

  2. Click the Save as template button.

  1. Add the Template name > click the Save button.

Find payment templates

Once the payment template is created, you can open it from the content menu:

  1. Open the account view page.

  2. In the content menu go to Payments > Templates.

  3. Click the Template ID to access the payment information.

If you need to:

  • Change an existing payment template, scroll to the right and click the icon.

  • Delete an existing payment template, scroll to the right and click the icon.

To work with the payment templates, the BackOffice users need the following privileges:

  • ADD_PAYMENT_TEMPLATE

  • VIEW_PAYMENT_TEMPLATES

  • EDIT_PAYMENT_TEMPLATE

  • DELETE_PAYMENT_TEMPLATE
