Apply campaign code

If you create a loan campaign with the applying rule - by campaign code, you must apply the campaign code when creating the loan application and/or loan offer.

At this time, you can only apply the campaign code - the campaignCodes parameter via APIs only:

• If the loan campaign applying rule is always, the campaign is applied automatically when the loan application and/or offer are created.

• The loan contract is created automatically once the loan offer is accepted; therefore, the information about the campaign applying rule is transferred automatically. Once the loan contract is created, the campaign period is recalculated, as the initial benefits might be outdated.

You can view the list of available loan campaigns on the Campaign search page:

1. Loans > Products > Campaigns.

2. Click the Campaign name to view or manage the campaign.

Only the BackOffice users with the VIEW_LOAN_CAMPAIGN privilege can view loan campaigns.

Once the loan campaign is applied to a loan product, the loan product details are updated. You can view the list of applied campaigns:

1. Loans > Products > Loan products.

2. Click on the Product name to access the detailed information.

3. Scroll to the Campaigns section to view more details.
