Create a card application

Card product*

List

Select the card product from the list of existing debit and credit card products. Note: Only the card products with the ACTIVE status are listed.

Price list*

List

Select the price list associated with the card product. For information on price lists, see Create price list.

Usage group*

List

Select a usage group for the card application. For information on usage groups, see Authorisation types.

Limit group*

List

Select a limit group for the card application. For information on limit groups, see Card level default limits.

Account owner*

By default, the account owner is the person you have selected. Note: If you are creating a credit card application, you must also select a servicing account associated with the account owner. A servicing account is an account associated with the person, where the repayments are paid.

Servicing account*

List

Select an account for card servicing.

Cardholder* First name on card* Last name on card* (max 26 characters for the first and last name in total)

Text/Search

Enter the details of the cardholder. You can click the search button to select the name of the cardholder. You can also select a person different from the account owner by clicking the search button. Make sure that the cardholder you want to select is registered in the person module.

Order plastic

Checkbox

Select this option if you want to order a physical card. Note: This section is displayed only if the card product you have selected has the Physical product type and the card delivery method is selected as courier or post.

Shipping details

This section is displayed only if you have selected the Order plastic option. Enter the address and contact details. You can select the fast delivery option if you need to.

Credit details

This section is displayed only if you are creating a credit card application.

The interest options that are displayed depend on the selected credit product. For details about the fields, see Create a credit card offer.

Allowed authorisation types

You can edit the list of allowed authorisation types. Keep in mind that the displayed authorisation types belong to the usage group that you have selected previously.

Limits

You can edit the limits of the limit types that are displayed. Keep in mind that the displayed limit types belong to the limit group that you have selected previously.
