View card history

The Card activity history page provides a detailed log of all status, settings, and limit-related changes made to the card. It clearly displays who initiated each change and when it occurred, offering full visibility and accountability for card activity.

View card activity history

Follow the steps below to access the Card history page:

1. Find the card for which you would like to view the activity history.

2. On the Card details page, select Card history from the content menu.

The Card history page is divided into seven sections, each capturing a different type of activity:

• Card status history;

• Card settings history;

• Card limits history;

• Card price list history;

• Card usage group history;

• Card limit groups history;

• Card properties history.

View change history details

Some rows include an expandable arrow () that you can click to view detailed change history. This reveals previous and new values when a record has been updated—for example, changes to limits, validity period end dates, or when a record has been invalidated. If no arrow is visible, there are no additional details available for that entry.
