Configuring frequency during offer creation
When creating a customer-specific loan offer, you can configure repayment frequency parameters that override the product's default configuration.
To define the repayment schedule parameters, follow these steps:
Create a loan offer for the selected instalment loan product.
On the Create loan offer page, specify how often repayments are made by selecting the repayment interval unit. In this example, repayments are made every two weeks (biweekly).
Enter the payment frequency count to define the length of the interval. For biweekly (fortnightly) repayments, the unit is set to
weekand the count to2.Provide any additional required inputs based on the selected frequency unit. In this example, the payment day is
Tuesday.

Once all required inputs are provided, the system automatically calculates the repayment dates and the total number of payments based on the loan term.
The total number of payments is displayed together with the payment day and repayment frequency:

The detailed repayment dates are available in the Schedule section:

You can update the repayment schedule at any time while an offer is in presented status, up until it is accepted or rejected. To edit an offer, see Edit loan offer for more information.
