Search and edit loan offers

This page explains how to search for existing loan offers, edit loan offer details as needed, and view or add comments to the loan offers.

Search loan offers

To search for loan offers, follow these steps:

1. Go to Loans > Search > Offers.

2. Fill in search parameters, then click Search.

3. To access the loan offer details, click the loan offer Number.

Edit loan offer

The BackOffice allows you to edit the following loan offer details: loan offer details, interest conditions' margin rate, payment conditions, other information, withdrawal condition, fees, and payment instructions.

You can only edit offers that are in the Presented status.

To edit the loan offer, follow these steps:

1. Find the loan offer you wish to modify.

2. Click Edit Offer.

1. Update the necessary fields and click Save.

To update or add new payment instructions, refer to the guide in the section below.

Modify payment instructions

To modify the loan offer payment instructions, you can edit existing payment instructions or add new ones.

To modify existing payment instructions:

1. Find the loan offer in question, and click Edit Offer.

2. Scroll down to Payment instructions section and click Edit.

2. Modify the existing parameters, then click Edit.

To add new payment instructions:

1. Find the loan offer in question, and click Edit Offer.

2. Scroll down to Payment instructions section and click Add.

1. The New payment instruction modal opens.

2. Fill in new payment instructions, then click Add.

• BackOffice users with the EDIT_LOAN_OFFER privilege can modify the loan offer details.

• You can modify the loan offer details until the loan offer is accepted and the loan contract is created.

View or add comments to loan offer

You can view existing comments or add new ones to loan offers.

To view or add comments to a loan offer, follow these steps:

1. Find the loan offer you want to comment on.

2. Click View/add comments.

1. The Offer comments modal opens.

2. If any comments already exist, they will be displayed in a table.

3. To add a new comment, enter your text in the input field, then click Add comment.
