Card application statuses

This page provides an overview of the statuses a card application can have throughout its lifecycle. Each status represents a specific stage in the application process, from initial creation to final resolution.

The following figure shows how card application statuses progress through different stages.

A card application status can be:

  • Waiting - This status indicates that the application has been created and is now awaiting additional processing or approval.

  • Accepted - This status indicates that the application has been reviewed and approved, but the process is not yet fully completed.

  • Completed - This is the application's final status after the card application process is completed and the card is issued.

  • Rejected - This is the application's final status following rejection by the issuer. No card will be issued.

  • Canceled - This is the application's final status, following cancellation at the applicant's request. No card will be issued.
