Manage card applications

This page allows you to manage a card application. When the application is in Waiting status, you can edit, accept, reject, or cancel it.

View card applications

To view person's card applications, follow these steps:

1. Find the person whose card application you want to view.

2. On the Person details page, from the content menu, select Cards, then choose Card applications.

3. On the Card application page, click the application number to view its details.

Manage a card application

While the application is in Waiting status, you can edit, accept, cancel, or reject it. To learn more about each action, see the corresponding section below.

Edit a card application

Edit the card application if you need to correct or update its information before proceeding.

To edit a card application, follow these steps:

1. Click Edit in the upper-right area of the page.

2. The Edit card application page opens.

3. Make the necessary changes, then click Update to save your changes.

Accept a card application

Accept the card application once it meets your organisation’s requirements for issuance.

To accept a card application, follow these steps:

1. Click Accept in the upper-right corner of the page.

2. After acceptance, the application status will be updated to its final status, Completed, and the card will be issued.

Cancel a card application

Cancel the card application if the applicant has withdrawn their request and it no longer requires processing.

To cancel a card application, follow these steps:

1. Click Cancel in the upper-right corner of the page.

2. After cancellation, the application status will be updated to its final status, Canceled, and no card will be issued.

Reject a card application

Reject the card application if it does not meet the necessary requirements for card issuance within your organisation.

To reject a card application, follow these steps:

1. Click Reject in the upper-right corner of the page.

2. After rejection, the application status will be updated to its final status, Rejected, and no card will be issued.
