Reverse loan contract write-off

To reverse a loan contract write-off, follow these steps:

1. Find the loan contract write-off in question.

2. On the Loan contract write-off details page, click Reverse write-off.

The loan contract write-off must be in PROCESSED status.

1. The Please enter write off reversal reason modal opens.

2. Enter the write-off reversal description, then click Save.

Only BackOffice users with the REVERSE_WRITE_OFF privilege can reverse loan write-offs.
