Create loan contract write-off

To create a loan contract write-off, follow these steps:

1. Find the loan contract in question.

2. From the content menu, select Write-offs.

3. On the Loan contract write-offs page, click Create write-off.

Only BackOffice users with the CREATE_LOAN_WRITE_OFF privilege can create loan write-offs.

1. The Write off the contract modal opens.

2. Fill in the write-off details, then click Create.
