Modify user roles in organisational unit

Modifying user roles means assigning or removing them. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Administration > Access management > Organisation.

  2. Click the Unit code to open the details page.

  1. Go to Users tab and click Edit next to the user whose roles you want to update.

  1. You can:

    • Assign a role by toggling On next to the role name.

    • Remove a role by toggling Off next to the role name.

  2. To confirm the changes, click Save.
