You can transfer funds from the servicing account to the loan contract.
Follow the steps below to complete the transfer:
Find the loan contract in question.
From the content menu, select Billing > Funds.
On the Loan contract funds page, click Transfer from account.
The Transfer funds from account page opens.
Enter the transfer amount and the required details.
Choose the servicing account by clicking Search.
If a related account is added, the system will automatically select it. If no related account is added, the account must be searched for manually.
On the Search account page, find the account by using the search parameters.
Click the account number to select the servicing account.
Click Submit.
A confirmation modal opens. Click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to discard the transfer.
