Search card renewals
To search for card renewals, follow these steps:
Go to Cards > Search > Card renewals.
On the Card renewals page, select your Start and End dates and, if needed, filter by Status, Card product code, or Design code. Click Search to view the results.
From the search results, click the Technical identifier to view the renewal details.
On the Card renewal page, you can access the card renewal process details in clearly labeled sections such as Renewal details, Renewal card details, Renewal delivery details, Renewal events, and Renewed card.
