Create account product

The Create account product page lets you set up a new account product in two steps:

  1. Create a draft account product, which is fully editable but not yet usable.

  2. Confirm the draft account product to make it usable and only partially editable or delete it.

Create a draft account product

To create an account product, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Accounts > Products > Account products.

  2. On the Account products search page, click Add in the upper-right corner.

While an account product is in Draft status, you can edit most fields. To find account products in Draft status, see Search account products.

Confirm or delete the draft account product

After submission, you can either:

  1. Click Confirm to activate the account product.

  2. Click Delete to delete the account product.

Confirm draft account product

If you click Confirm, a confirmation modal opens. Enter a comment if needed, then click Confirm to activate the account product, or Cancel to go back.

Delete draft account product

If you click Delete, a confirmation modal opens. Click Confirm to delete the account product, or Cancel to discard the action.
