Custom fields for card

To add custom fields to the card, follow the outlined guidelines below:

  1. Create custom fields for cards if you have not done so already.

  2. Find a card's custom fields.

  3. Apply the available custom fields to a specific card.

The general principle with custom fields is that no internal business logic should be built around them (e.g., generating reports based on custom field values). Custom fields are intended solely for informational purposes, allowing the addition of custom data without affecting core system functionality.

Create custom fields for cards

To create custom fields for cards, follow the instructions in the Custom fields chapter, and select Card > Card from the content menu.

Find a card's custom fields

To locate the custom fields for a specific card, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the card to which you want to apply custom fields.

  2. Click the number in the Card number (PAN) or Card technical identifier column to open the card's details.

  3. Find the Custom fields row and click Open modal.

Apply custom fields to a card

In the opened Card custom fields modal:

  1. Click Add new to view the enabled custom fields.

  1. Click Add next to the field set where you want to add custom fields. The icon appears only when some custom fields defined for the entity have not yet been added.

  2. Select a custom field from the dropdown menu. Click Add again to include more fields (if available).

  3. Enter or select the required values for the fields you have added, then click Submit to save your changes.

Modify a card's custom fields

You can edit or delete the custom fields you have added to a card. See the steps below.

Edit custom fields

To edit a custom field added to a card:

  1. In the opened Card custom fields modal, click Edit .

  1. Modify the custom field row, then click Save to confirm or Cancel to discard the changes.

Delete custom fields

To delete a custom field added to a card:

  1. In the opened Card custom fields modal, click Delete .

  1. A Confirmation modal opens, where you can click:

    1. Yes to confirm the deletion; or

    2. No to cancel.
