Loan application scoring

If the loan product has the scoring review allowed parameter enabled, you can make a manual decision whether to accept or decline the application.

To find the loan application that require manual decision:

1. Click on the Tuum logo on the upper left corner.

2. On the main page navigate to the Loans section.

3. Choose Applications for manual decisions.

• BackOffice users with the VIEW_LOAN_APPLICATION_SCORING privilege can view the application scoring page.

• The users with the VIEW_LOAN_APPLICATION_SCORING privilege are restricted from viewing the acceptance/denial reasons. To view the acceptance/denial reasons, the users need the VIEW_SCORING_REASON privilege.
