Application scoring page

On the Application scoring page, you can view the scoring details and do the following actions:

The loan scoring application has custom fields, only the users with the VIEW_RISK_CUSTOM_FIELD privilege can see the custom fields; and the users with the VIEW_RISK_CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE privilege can see the custom field values.

Make a manual decision

To make a manual decision, click the particular button with the intended decision label.

Decline application

Click Decline application.
Fill in the Reasoning > Decline.

Accept application

Click Accept application.
Fill in the Reasoning.
Adjust the Max amount and Interest margin if needed > Accept.

Once the loan application is accepted or declined, the outcome is recorded to the Decision history and displayed on the Application scoring page:

If the application was automatically declined by the system, you can still make a manual decision over the declined application. You can choose if to accept or decline this application.

Add comment

To add a comment:

Click the Add comment button.
Write your comment > Add comment.

All comments added to the application are visible in the Application comments section on the Application scoring page.

Only the BackOffice users with the CREATE_LOAN_APPLICATION_COMMENT privilege can create loan applications comments.
Only the BackOffice users with the VIEW_LOAN_APPLICATION_COMMENT can view the loan application comments.
