Click Add risk to add risks. Enter the following details:
Risk type*

Select the type of risk.
Risk level*
List
Select the level of risk.
Date*
Date
Enter the date in the format DD.MM.YYYY
Number*
Number
Enter the number of the risk.
Source name*
Text
Enter the source name of the risk such as Production, Legal, or Marketing.
Source reference*
Text
Enter the source reference to the source system that provided risk evaluation.
For example, source Hawk.ai and source reference ID-928292 reflect the actual case of individual risk evaluation.
