The payments dashboard is located on the BackOffice home page. It is a place where you can find a quick overview of the stopped incoming and outgoing payments. The Tuum system categorises the payments based on the processing step where the payments ran into an issue.
To open the payments dashboard:
Click on the Tuum logo in the upper left corner.
Choose the Payments section. And click Expand to view the options. You will see the payment processing categories and the number of payment-related issues under each category.
Find the necessary category item and click on it to access the list of respective payments waiting for the resolution.
Find the payment in question and click the Payment identifier to access the payment details.
