To reset the balances of all internal accounts, follow the steps below.
Go to Accounts > Settings > Reset internal accounts' balances.
Click the Start batch button.
Confirm the balance reset.
If the internal account balance is positive, funds are transferred from the deposit portfolio GL accounts to the default or dedicated GL suspense account.
If the internal account balance is negative, the shortage of funds in the overdraft portfolio GL account is covered with a transfer from the default or dedicated GL suspense account.
