Select Cards > Products > Card products to open the Card products page. On this page, you can see the list of all existing card products.
Click on the particular status button to change the card product status.
Find the card product of your interest and click on the edit icon . The Card product details page opens.
A card product can have one of the following statuses:
ACTIVE
The card product is activated and can be used for issuing new cards. An active card product can be inactivated, closed, or restricted.
INACTIVE
By default, the new card products are created in an inactive state. An inactive card product can be activated, closed, or restricted.
CLOSED
The card product is closed.
RESTRICTED
The card product cannot be used for issuing new cards. The cards that are already issued are not affected. A restricted card product can be activated, inactivated, or closed.
