Persons > Search.
On the search person page define the search parameters and select the Person type: Private or Legal person.
Click the Identification number to view details about the person. The Person details page displays all available information about the person. The screenshot below shows the Person details page:

The content menu shows the modules that are related to the person such as accounts, loans, cards, and so on as shown in the screenshot above. The modules that you can see here depend on your subscription. You can also view and delete the external contracts of a person from this menu. You must have the VIEW_EXTERNAL_CONTRACTS privilege.
You can view existing or add new comments for the person by clicking View/add comments button that is located on the top-right corner.
To close a person, click Close customer. The Close customer button is displayed only if the person is active and you have the INACTIVATE_CUSTOMER privilege.
You can only close customers who do not use any products and you must choose a reason for the closure. For a private person, the reason can be Death, Left for competitor, Merger, or Other. For a legal person, the reason can be Liquidation, Left for competitor, Merger, or Other. You must also enter the date of inactivation. You can provide a description of the reason for inactivation in the Comment field.
When you close a person, you have the option to forget the person. This refers to anonymising the person’s personally identifiable information.
To view the action history of a person, click Actions log next to Person details. The log shows details such as who created the action and when, changes in the status, and action (activated or deactivated). Person processes displays information about who initiated the process and when, the process id, type, and reason for the process, the status, and reason codes.
To view the external contracts of a person, navigate to the left-side menu, choose External Contracts.

You can edit the existing details of a person by clicking the change icon. On this page, you can also add additional documents, risks, files, and so on.
