Enter the date of birth of the person.

Format: DD.MM.YYYY

Country of birth

Select the country of birth.

Place of birth

Enter the place of birth. This is a free-entry field.

Language

Select the native language of the person.

Nationality

Select the nationality of the person.

Education

List

Select the level of education from the drop-down list.

For example, the values can be:

  • Primary,

  • Secondary,

  • Vocational School,

  • Higher education.

Marital status

Select the marital status of the person.

For example, the values can be:

  • Single,

  • Married,

  • Divorced,

  • Widowed,

  • Cohabitant.

Web address

Text

Enter the web address of the person.

Intra org code

Text

Enter the intra org code.

Intra org codes are used when groups of the same company are on the platform.

For example, Bank A can have branches in London and Berlin. The codes must be unique to keep track of entries.

Counterparty sector code

Text

Enter the counterparty sector code.

This is a parameter that defines the financial sector of the company. It is a code defined by the respective regulatory authority like the European Banking Authority in the European Union.

PEP*

Yes/No

Indicates whether the person is a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or is entrusted with a high-profile public function.

PEP explanation*

Enter the reason for which the person is a PEP.

Note: This field is displayed only when PEP is selected as Yes.

US Resident*

Yes/No

Indicates whether the person is a US resident.
