To create a credit offer, go to Persons > Search. Select the person you want to create an offer for. On the Person details page, from the content menu, under the Cards section, select Credit card offers.
On the Credit card offers page that opens, click Create offer.
On the Create credit card offer page, enter the following parameters:
Credit product*

Select a credit product from the list of existing credit card products.
Price list*
List
Select a credit card price list from the list.
Servicing account*
List
Select an account from the list of existing accounts of the customer. Note: In the case of credit cards, the servicing account refers to an account from where repayments are made. For example, it’s the current account of the customer which is hosted in Tuum’s Core.
Servicing account number
Number
Enter the number of the servicing account.
Credit score
Number
The credit score is the rating that represents the ability of customer to fulfill financial commitments, based on an analysis of their credit history.
Requested amount*
Number
Enter the requested amount for the credit card offer.
Offered amount*
Number
Enter the offered amount for the credit card offer.
Maximum amount*
Number
Enter the maximum amount possible for the credit card offer.
Invoice generation day*
Number
Enter the day when the monthly invoice will be generated.
Invoice due day*
Number
Enter the due date of the monthly invoice.
Repayment amount rule
The repayment amount rule defines how money will be allocated when a repayment is performed. The value of this field depends on the credit product and cannot be changes. The 2 rules are as follows:
Percentage of outstanding balance plus interest and fees
Fixed principal amount, interest and fees added on top.
Monthly principal repayment amount*
Number
Enter the principal repayment amount that will be repaid monthly.
Interest conditions
Number
The interest conditions displayed depend on the credit product.
After the offer has been created, you can edit, cancel, decline, or accept the offer.
