Loan contract schedule with internal down payment

The internal down payment is recorded as an initial event and does not affect the number of instalments.

The down payment appears as the very first entry (row 0) in the repayment schedule. If the contract includes a fee that is booked at activation and set for instant repayment, this fee will also appear in row 0.

The principal payment, cost of funds (or interest, depending on the product setup) payment, and applicable fees are calculated only on the remaining principal balance, excluding the down payment.

The number of repayment periods is calculated for the financed amount only and does not include the down payment entry. For example, a 12-month loan will have 12 repayment periods plus the initial down payment entry.
