Edit draft loan contract
You can edit the following sections of the initial loan contract while it is still in Draft status before activation.
Repayment channel
To update the repayment channel, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Contract tab, scroll down to the Repayment conditions section.
Under Repayment details, find Repayment channel and click
Edit.


Select another repayment channel from the dropdown list, then click
Save to proceed or
Cancel to discard your changes.


Confirm your action.


Activation fee bookings
To update the activation fee bookings, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Activation fee bookings section and click
Edit.


To remove a fee type, click
Delete. To add a new fee type, click Add.


When deleting a fee type, confirm your action.


Contract limit
To update the contract limit, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Contract limit section and click
Edit.


Update the limit amount and currency, then click Save.


Contract period
To update the contract period, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Contract period section and click
Edit.


You can:
Add or remove the remaining number of payments.
Update the schedule re-generation rule.


After making your updates, click Save.
Disbursement rules
To update the disbursement rules, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Disbursement rules section and click
Edit.


Update the minimum withdrawal amount, then click Save.


Repayment conditions
To update the repayment conditions, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Repayment conditions section and click
Edit.


You can:
Update the repayment amount and currency.
Add temporary repayment conditions.
Update the primary and secondary payment days.
Depending on the product type, the following can also be modified:
Repayment amount;
Monthly repayment rate;
Minimum invoice amount;
Maximum invoice amount;
Invoice day;
Payment-free months.
After making your updates, click Save.


Interest and temporary interest
To update the interest or temporary interest conditions, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Interest section and click
Edit.


You can:
Update the interest rate percentage.
Change the temporary interest type, rate, and start and end dates.
Add or delete temporary interest entries.


After making your changes, click Save.
Commitment fee
To update the commitment fees, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Commitment fees section and click
Edit.


Update the rate percentage, then click Save.


Fees
To update the fees, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Fees section.
Click
Edit next to the fee type you want to modify.


You can:
Update the fee amount.
Add temporary fee conditions, if necessary.
After making your changes, click Save.


Penalty conditions
To update the penalty conditions, follow these steps:
Find the draft contract you want to update.
From the Draft tab, scroll down to the Penalty conditions section and click
Edit.


You can:
Add or remove penalty grace days.
Enter the penalty grace amount.


After making your changes, click Save.
