# Manage loan contract funds

On the **Loan contract fund details** page, you can do the following:

* [Start fund repayments](#start-fund-repayments).
* [Send the fund for clarification](#send-to-clarification).
* [Change the repayments block date](#change-repayments-block-date).
* [Transfer funds to the account](#transfer-funds-to-the-account).
* [Allocate available funds by removing the block date](#allocate-available-funds).

The **Transfer to account** button is shown for an available fund only if the loan contract has a servicing account in the Tuum system.

## Start fund repayments

To start fund repayments, follow these steps:

1. [Find the loan contract fund in question](https://docs.tuum.com/backoffice-user-guides/66utMlu91IC8fCU3ps51/loan-guide/loan-contract/loan-contract-term-management/loan-contract-billing/loan-contract-funds/search-loan-contract-funds).
2. On the **Loan contract fund details** page, click **Start repayments**.

3. A confirmation modal opens. Click **Yes** to confirm or **No** to discard.

## Send to clarification

To send the fund for clarification, follow these steps:

1. [Find the loan contract fund in question](https://docs.tuum.com/backoffice-user-guides/66utMlu91IC8fCU3ps51/loan-guide/loan-contract/loan-contract-term-management/loan-contract-billing/loan-contract-funds/search-loan-contract-funds).
2. On the **Loan contract fund details** page, click **Send to clarification**.

3. A **Send to clarification** modal opens. Enter the amount, add a required description, and tick the box if you want to use the original value date, then click **Send**.

## Change repayments block date

To change the repayments block date, follow these steps:

1. [Find the loan contract fund in question](https://docs.tuum.com/backoffice-user-guides/66utMlu91IC8fCU3ps51/loan-guide/loan-contract/loan-contract-term-management/loan-contract-billing/loan-contract-funds/search-loan-contract-funds).
2. On the **Loan contract fund details** page, click **Change block**.

3. A **Fund repayments block** confirmation modal opens. Select the repayments block date from the calendar, then click **Save**.

## Transfer funds to the account

To transfer funds to the account, follow these steps:

1. [Find the loan contract fund in question](https://docs.tuum.com/backoffice-user-guides/66utMlu91IC8fCU3ps51/loan-guide/loan-contract/loan-contract-term-management/loan-contract-billing/loan-contract-funds/search-loan-contract-funds).
2. On the **Loan contract fund details** page, click **Transfer to account**.

3. A **Fund transfer details** modal opens. Enter the amount, add a description if needed, and tick the box to use the original value date, then click **Send**.

## Allocate available funds

If the borrower needs to allocate available funds, follow these steps:

1. [Find the loan contract fund in question](https://docs.tuum.com/backoffice-user-guides/66utMlu91IC8fCU3ps51/loan-guide/loan-contract/loan-contract-term-management/loan-contract-billing/loan-contract-funds/search-loan-contract-funds) by searching with the **Blocking type** set to `With active repayment block`.
2. Click the **Fund identifier** to view the fund details.

3. On the **Loan contract fund details** page, click **Change block**.

4. The **Fund repayments block** modal opens. Select the date in the **Repayments blocked until** field and delete it, then click **Save**.

5. Click **Start repayments** to fund repayments.
